Excellent service. Stopped for gas in Orovada and the car wouldn't start. Called A-1 in Winnemucca and they were there in 45 minutes. Comfortable tow truck for the tow into Winnemucca and had us in the auto repair shop within the hour. Can't say enough the service, response time, and comfortable ride. Thanks so much for making the most out of a bad situation when your car breaks down. Highly recommend these guys. Safe travels everyone !

My wife and I broke down about 50 miles east of Winnemucca NV late on a Friday afternoon in 96 degree heat. After dealing with insurance company and all sorts of headaches with their staff, A-1 arrives on the scene. As far as tows go it was good. Our vehicle was removed from the highway shoulder and taken to Winnemucca for repair. What made this a great experience was Randy the driver/operator of the tow truck. He went out of his way to take care of not only the vehicle, but my wife and I. He was friendly, knew the area and helped us make the best of a bad afternoon. After dropping our vehicle at the shop, he then took us to our motel that was clear across town and while doing so gave us suggestions for places to eat along the way. Can't say enough good about Randy, Thanks.

They came out on a Sunday within about 15 minutes of calling and instead of towing my truck to the repair shop he was able to fix it on the spot! Amazing service, made my week!

Definitely dependable! Broke down on the side of the road and couldn't find a water pump for my truck anywhere. Chad came through for us and brought one back from Reno on a Saturday. We were back up and running in only a couple hours instead of days since it was the weekend!

My family and i have been traveling in northern Nevada throughout Idaho for the last or 15yrs.With numerous vehicle breakdowns in the middle of nowhere and A1 no matter what time of day or night has ALWAYS promptly responded to our needs. My wife hit some wildlife left in the roadway there was no question as to who to call once again not only for the tow service but also for the bodywork and mechanical issues that had to be dealt with. they worked very prompt and professional with our insurance company. if you have ever seen there fleet of tow rigs and trucks they have then you to would also take anything you own to them as it will be well taken care of. i mean anything from your average chevy pick up to a F40. they are a family owned and operated business going on 60YRS. nobody stays in business for that long without taking care of their customers.A1 is the choice when it comes to any needs you may have.
